Rough idle
 

I have a 2003 Accent with 64,000 miles on it. I bought it used and it was great for a couple of weeks. Then the coil (looks original) went out so replaced coil, plugs and wires. Thanks to the forum fixed the slow fill problem. Now I'm having a rough idle problem. Sometimes at idle the R's will drop and the engine runs rough. Sometimes when slowing down or accelerating from a stop, the engine will lose power. I have changed the idle control valve and the purge solenoid. I enjoy the car so I hope that I can get it running right.

I replaced the TPS and the idle doesn't seem as rough but still not running right.:confused:

check engine light on?
 

If your check engine light is on and reads tps - i had that problem and i had the intake gasket replaced and that fixed it! its a lot of work if that isnt the problem though.
