Throttle body Coolant Bypass

Anyone done this? I plan on it soon, I just need to find where I get the brass fitting to join the 2 coolant hoses under the throttle body. Or what the inside diameter of the hoses is so I can look around for one. I did a search & didn't find anything. Where I live it gets to 110+ degrees in the summer so heating the incoming air to the engine makes no sense at all.

Why? For what reason?

You are not going to gain anything by doing this bypass. If you think that bypass will cool the incoming air you are mistaken. Heat from the engine via the intake manifold is going to warm the throttle body. And if you think the change in temp of the throttle body is going to affect the intake temps they you need to learn more about heat transfer. Air moving through the TB is going too fast to see any major difference in temp based on a TB coolant bypass.
