Default timing belt job and spark plugs.

I'm thinking about replacing my timing belt. I read many how to articles on the timing belt replacement. One guide said to remove the spark plugs to be safe. What;s the point of removeing the spark plugs? Any help is appreciated.

I don`t see the point about safety,
but I see a point about easier to rotate crack shaft...

very true trying to turn the crank while the plugs are in will most likely serve as a challenge takin them out takes away the compression in the cylinders and lets it move more freely
