Tranny Fluid Capacity?

Hello,

2007 Accent GLS 1.6 4Speed Auto

Slightly new to the Hyundai world but have been spinning wrenches on my own Jeeps/Dodges for a few years.

Took the GFs Accent to the dealership to investigate a CEL (same old misfires) they flashed the computer.

While I was there I decided to pickup supplies to do the 60K tranny fluid change. The counter guy said the accent used a long life filter so all I had to do was pull the drain plug and put in new fluid. He sold me six quarts of Hyundai fluid and said a simple drain and fill should take 5.75 quarts.

Took the car home, drained the fluid and that's where my problem starts. It only looks like maybe four quarts of old fluid came out. I filled it with four quarts and took it for a drive, checked in neutral while idleing and it appears to be over the full mark. The GF has been taking the car to work since Tuesday without a problem (15min round trip). Anyone have the capacity specs for a drain and fill without a filter change or torque converter drain? I believe the book says 6.2quarts but does not specify if the a full change. Any help would be great.

The entire capacity is 6.4 US qts. Just a drain of the pan will only get out about 3.5 US qts.
