very noicy accent @ 3000RPM

very noicy accent @ 3000RPM
my accent has done only 19500KM when i baught it .. now it has done 21500KM...
when i go over 40KM/h & shift to 3rd & 4th gear (3000RPM) the noice level goes up although the engine RPM drops to under 2000.... & theres a hum......
my prev car was a 1995 Honda Civic & it had done 135,000 by the time i baught it... but i used it for 3 years & did another 40000KM but the noice wasnt this bad...
what do i do ??? which areas do i check out ??? cos the Hyundai Agents here are a joke... so they dont know nothing.... :-( & the service is crap...
