I always use Hyundai oil filters in my car but was wondering what other oil filters on the market are adequate? I was told the OEM has the correct psi for the engine.

I've used Fram, Purolator. For the record, I've changed my own oil using non-OEM filters and Pennzoil oil for the past 10 years. My car has 184,000 miles on it and I've had no problems out of it. You'll be fine with non-OEM filters as long as you keep up with your changes.
