Hi All,

I drive a 1996 model 1.1 Atos Prime.
She drives perfect until it starts raining.
She starts to stutter at idle speed and also "chokes" while driving as soon as I try to accelerate.
It's as if the carburettor is deprived of air.

I believe that I must be spraying water onto something around the engine that does not like it.
I've opened up the air filter when this happens and it is completely dry.
This also happens after being taken to the carwash and water is sprayed directly over the engine.

At one point I thought that is might be something like an open plug (exposed to water) for some accessory that this model doesn't have.
I have taken her to the dealers before and they could not help me.

Has anyone experienced something like this before?
