So, I noticed that they have 2 buttons for the roof, one of them is to open and close the roof and the other is to open and close the shade, so why is it that everytime you close the moonroof the shade automaticly closes too. Is there a way to close the roof without having the shade automaticly close too?

 

No. Have you read your owners manual? How the sunroof operates is clearly listed there. See pages 4-29 thru 4-32.

The other button is if you want to open just the shade and not the roof.
