I have the opportunity to buy a Centennial (VS450)in Europe (Luxemburg)...but has somebody an experience with this model (= Equus)

That is definitely not it.
It is a 4-door sedan similar to the AZERA only in rear wheel drive with all sorts of goodies in the passenger compartment. There is no final decision on the engine for North America as yet.
