'07 Elantra Turn Signal
I have a 2007 Elantra (~ 10k miles) and a 2009 Elantra (~30k miles) - both purchased new. The '07's turn signal does not seem to want to cancel like the '09. The '07 requires a much more 'definite' turn of the wheel to cancel. I can not find anything TSB or other indicating there are others with this problem. One attempt at the dealer last year resulted in dealer stating 'nothing is wrong'. This is really starting to aggrivate me:confused: since my mother is the one driving the '07 (summer months only) and I don't need her causing an accident because she's driving around with the turn signal continuously on. Any ideas? Adjustment? Replacement of multi function switch?

If the signal cancels when the wheel is turned then there is nothing wrong.

It appears that I did not explain what is happening well enough. During normal driving/turning, the turn signal does not cancel. If you turn the wheel farther than normal, it will cancel. This is very apparent when switching from driving the '09 to the '07. Another forum mentioned removing the steering wheel and adjusting a tab. Has anyone else experienced this?
