My 2000 Elantra has been having problems. The problems started happening after I used gas at wal-mart. When I go to fill it up the pump it will kick every 0.5 gallons. I've tried to let the gas trickle in but it still kicks. I took the car to a mechanic shop and they said they couldn't see anything wrong. One of the mechanics at the shop said his friend had the same problem, but it was a 2005 Hyundai gxs. Is something clogged? Is it the ethanol? I tried putting some engine cleaner in the fuel tank and it's still not working.
