2001 Elantra electrical problem

Hello,
I have an 01 Elantra and there is no power to the starter, head lights, and windows. Dome light and door chime work. Any Ideas?
Thanks

Have you checked all the fuses in both fuse boxes?

Then I would check the battery out next. The items that will not operate all demand a high amount of current, whereas the dome light and chime take very little amperage to run. I would simply put a charger on it first to see if it will take and maintain a charge. If it has trouble charging, you can then take the battery out of the car and take it to an auto parts store (or Walmart for that matter) for testing. While you are looking at the battery, I'd check the cables for corrosion. Remove and clean the connections (remember to disconnect the ground or negative cable first). If badly corroded, you should repalce them.
