When the fuel pump was replaced did you check for burnt terminals at fuel pump connection on top of tank? Also I believe the ground is right there under the carpet towards the center, make sure it's clean and tight. Burnt terminals and loose fitting fuel pump relays in engine compartment fuse box are problems I have found on numerous occasions. Need to perform a pin drag test on fuel pump relay terminals. If good, maybe it's a faulty relay
