2003 Elantra GT Noises

Hi there,

I'm not sure if anyone can help me but I think it's worth a try.

1. The rear of my car makes an excessive clunking sound all the time. I'm pretty sure it's the trunk. Has anyone else had a similar problem? If it is the trunk, can it be fixed?

2. When I turn a corner hard to the right there is a scratching sound that sounds like its coming from the suspension. I have no idea what could cause this.

3. My steering wheel vibrates like crazy over level roads at highway speeds. I know it's not the tire balancing because I just replaced the tires and it doesn't do this at lower speeds. Any ideas?

I have a 2003 Elantra GT in Canada with 81000km (50000mi?)... 5 spd. manual.

Thanks!
Steven

if you balanced the tires and still vibrates at high speeds that mean the tires have bad belts in them. suspension noise check sway bar bushings in rear. as i can't see the car this is just my 2 cents.
