Default 2007 Elantra - No Heat

Hi,

today i went to turn on the heat. turned the dial all the way to heat. as i was driving down the road, i noticed the engine temp was normal, but cool air was still coming out. after about 20 minutes, it was still cool

i called the dealership and the guy told me that it might be something stuck in the dashboard. like a flap or something. engine is fine: temp, coolant, etc...

Looking at it now, the temp doesnt change, no matter where it is dialed. i believe the **** that controls the temp is the issue.

the coolant is close to the fill line, so i need to top that off. also, the car has just under 100k miles on it.
