2011 Elantra Rear Hub part number
Hello,
I am new here but have been turning my own wrenches for a while. Here is my situation; I ordered rear hubs, received them and months later went to put them on. I had double checked the part numbers with various online sites and all seemed right. Turns out they were wrong. The hubs I received mount with the bolt coming from the inside of the hub, but my 2011 Elantra has the hubs mounted with the bolt coming from the outside of the hub. The new hubs are threaded at the mounts, but the ones on my car are threadless and clear the bolts.
So I have two issues, getting the right part numbers and hub, and selling the new hubs (can't return them due to months ago order).
This is not the first time I have had problems with my 2011. Getting the correct brake rotors took 3 trips to NAPA and two special orders.
I will post pictures (or try) and hopefully someone else has been in my shoes and can post the right part numbers.
Thanks,
Pete from Northern NJ.
