2011 Elantra tire bubbles
 

I'm leasing a 2011 Elantra Limited, has about 20,000 miles. The other day I noticed 2 bubbles in my front right tire. It's a Continental and in reading reviews online, I've seen this frequently happens with this tire. Will the dealership replace for free for giving me tires that are frequently bad, or am I out of luck and should buy 4 new tires from a different brand?

I think you are out of luck. The warranty on wear items is only 1 year/12,000 miles.
