2012 Elantra. Timing Belt or Chain?

Hello guys, I'm new here. Just picked up my 2012 Elantra GLS last week. Was curious if this car uses a timing belt or a timing chain.

The 1.8L in the Elantra is the Nu engine and has a chain.

2019 Elantra 2.0

Does a 2019 Hyundai Elantra have a timing belt or chain.Unlike my 05 Elantra 2.0 that does have a belt,I noticed my 2019 2.0 does NOT have a plastic cover so assuming it is a chain
