2017 motor issue?

Hi, new to this forum but been a Hyundai owner for years though. Had a 2005 for 11 years. Well over 200k and never had a single problem with it but the inspection station here in the rust belt told me it would not pass next time so, confident in the brand, I bought a brand new 2017.

Almost since day 1, it has had a noise in the valves at start up. It sounds like a lifter that is not pumping up and has been getting worse. The noise goes away after driving but not while idling. I had it back to the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong (although they admitted to NOT doing any mechanical; they just listened to it). While doing a recent oil change, I noticed the motor has a extreme amount of blow-by. With the engine idling, if you remove the oil fill cap, it sounds like drum beating and the air pressure coming from the valve cover is nearly enough to blow the cap out of your hand.

None of this sounds "normal" to me as the service dept keeps telling me. Anyone else have a 2017 and does it do the same things mine does?
