I have a 2003 Hyundai Elantra hatchback. Whenever I brake my middle tail light blink until I am going very very slow. I went go get it fixed and was told it was a feature. I haven't seen any other cars with this feature and it's really annoying. Any tips?

What a bunch of hooey. The Dole light should function just like the other two brake lights. It sounds like the problem is difficult to manifest in the shop (because the car isn't at speed), so the service manager would rather have the problem go away. Find a different dealer, or a good independent mechanic if off warranty.
