Daytime Running Lights

Okay, i know its dumb, but if the turn signal has drl on it does that mean my 2013 elantra has daytime running lights? if so, then, how do i turn them on?

Not sure what you are asking. DRL's go on automatically, if you have them you don't "turn them on".
