Dies out while running

Dies out while running
I have a 2002 Elantra and while going down the road it seems like someone just turned off the key. The car does not act like its running out of fuel or any indication that its going to do this. Sometimes it will restart within a few minutes sometimes it takes awhile but it will restart. Any ideas PLEASE
