Doors do not close from remote???

Doors do not close from remote???
Unlocks well, however, impossible to lock it from the remote... Does make clicking sound inside, however, does not lock the doors. Any thoughts??? Have to do all five doors manually...

The remotes don't close or open the doors. They can UNLOCK or LOCK the doors but only the Entourage has remote opening (sliding) doors and hatch. The Veracruz and Santa Fe have remote opening and closing hatches but not doors.

Yes, I understand...so it unlocks, however does not locks...???
