hello. I have got HYUNDAI Elantra 1992 1,6 16V and it has bad emissions. I want to read it`s trouble codes. Below manual from www.hmaservice.com i include Voltmeter and LED diode, how it shows on this picture:

LED indicates some impulses, but i dont know, how to discover and analyse trouble codes from the LED diode. Have i got Voltmeter connected in right pins?
Please, can anyone help me with my problem ?
