Replaced fuse-radio still not turning on
 

I replaced the fuse for the radio. It was blown and so I used the back up that was under the hood. I tested the fuse itself, it does work. But the radio is still not turning on. Any tips on how to proceed?
ps thank you for this video! I’m pretty good at fixing stuff but im def not a pro. But the video made it super easy.
