P2251 HO2S Reference Ground Circuit/Open Bank 1, Sensor 1???

Just got the code with my "Innova 3030" code reader...
It says like that: P2251 HO2S Reference Ground Circuit/Open Bank 1, Sensor 1
Does it mean that my upper CO2 sensor, or might be something else???
