Reader for Elantra 2010 codes?

I have red EPS warning light on Elantra 2010. Tried a cheap generic code reader but it doesn't see any trouble codes. Can anyone suggest a reader that understand Hyundai codes?

In order to read the power steering module, you will need a much higher end scanner
Unfortunately those things can cost upwards from 10k dollars.
Snap on sells one. OTC sells one also. I'm sure there are other makers.
And the best scanner for our cars are the ones they have at the Hyundai dealership.
Most people who fix their own cars won't use the scanner enough to justify buying one of those things
