Squeeling sound while turning extreme

Car Makes a loud Squeeling sound while turning extreme right/left.
Mostly heard while taking car out of parking.
Checked power steering fluid. Seems level is ok.

It's cold. If it did it all the time, then I'd be concerned, but in the winter when you start your car, don't worry too much.
