Is tongue wieght of Elantra only 100 pounds?
Hello,
I am looking to put a bike rack on my car it is one that attaches to the hitch.
So this woould be considered tongue wieght not tow weight.
I called hyandi support at 800-633-5151 they told me the tongue wieght is 100 pounds.
I guess I am out of luck since I want to haul 4 bikes and the rack the weight is around 200 pounds (with the bike rack and all 4 bikes.)
Has anyone put more than 100 pounds of tongue wieght on one of these or is there any modifications I can do to allow the car to take the 200 pounds of tongue wieght.
