Thumbs up 3,000 Review of 2010 GLS, A/T

Okay...I've only had the surf wagon for six weeks now, but I've already racked up 3,000 miles. I commute about 90 miles round trip to my teaching job every day and do about 60% hwy and 40% very conjested city driving. I've been keeping painfully accurate fuel records so far, and I'm averaging a rock solid 32mpg. Hoping to get a little higher when we switch to summer blend fuel. I have only seen one other ET so far. Why the rarity is beyond me. This is one top notch car that gets plenty of compliments every time I show it off.
Just rec'd the roof racks for it. Wound up going with some Thule 400xt Aero, with an Inno locking surfboard rack. Hope to have it all installed by this weekend.

Nice to hear there's another person with toys on their ET.

I am at 12K miles in 5 months. I avg 28 MPG for Florida driving. bikes on the roof bring it down to 24 MPG and fully loaded with bikes and Kayak I barely get 20MPG. I thinks it's the AC and 80MPH speeds that are beating up my MPGs but hey I am just trying to keep up with traffic. Limit is 70 right outside my house.

Check out my pics on the link below.

I have my 2010 ET SE for about 2 months and almost 3k miles on it. I get about 25mpg, I do know that I have a heavy foot.
But how some people are getting 30 and over amazes me, maybe I need to wait for the summer blend. lol
Also does anyone have better luck with a certain kind of gas or gas station?
I keep track of my mileage, gas station and time of day. So far I find that Shell on a cold night, I tend to get better gas mileage.
Anyone else ?

Keeping it on cruise control at 70mph I get between 31 and 34 consistently on long highway trips (75 miles). I use regular Shell for every fill up. I live just outside of Cincinnati and we've been averaging sub-freezing temperatures every day for the past few months.
