How hard to install mud flaps?

I got a quote from the dealer for $180 for mud flaps. On the Internet, they are available for under $20. Are they that hard/time intensive to install?

Is it just a matter of taking out the screws holding the liner and adding the mud flaps or do you have to drill additional holes, etc?

I do not really want to spend that much money on them but I would do them myself if possible. Has anyone installed them yet on an Elantra Touring (with 17" wheels if that matters)?

Thanks

Front pretty easy just turn the wheels. Back, you need a wrench like a socket
with a phillips screwdriver. Mud flaps screw into existing holes.

Thank you for that information. I will do it myself.

Is there a place that you would recommend to purchase them, or does it matter? (Are there any that you would not recommend?)

thanks again
