HYUNDAI i30 - WATER IN DIESEL FILTER - HELP PLEASE!
Hi All
I run 25 "i30's diesels" on our company fleet, and have experienced lots problems with the cars going into limp mode. The local dealer at keeps telling me it water in the tank and charges £250 to fix plus i have buy new tank of fuel. Has anyone had this problem? Is this a common fault?, Hyundai UK just accuse me of using contamited fuel which is not case because cars break down all over country using differents pumps and garages. Your feed back would be great.

I believe that some of the fuel filter elements are dodgy. Try fitting another make.

i don't drive diesel i30 but i drive a diesel truck do you have try to add some fuel conditioner and i don't know if weather is cold where you are but try to keep your fuel tank over 1/2 that will help to prevent condensation in your fuel tank and in same time water
