Default Radio nolonger detecting aux plugged in

Ok, so something strange started happening over the weekend. When I press the "aux" button on my radio, the radio says "no media".

I listen to a lot of podcasts, that are downloaded on my phone. Until this weekend, I just plugged my phone into the aux port and everything worked great. Suddenly this weekend, my radio now says "no media" when my phone is plugged into the aux port.

Something else odd that I noticed: I no longer get the "sign up for XM" channel on any of the XM tuners. I don't subscribe to XM, but in trying to figure out why my aux wasn't working any more, I accidentally hit the XM button. And it finds the channel, but there's no sound coming over it. Also, I appear to be able to only use the 3rd XM tuner (XM3). I used to be able to press the XM button and switch between XM1, XM2 and XM3. But now it's stuck on XM3.

I don't know if these two problems are related or if it's just coincidence. And I wondered if anyone else had experienced them. Finally, any recommendations on how I might get things working again. I really miss the ability to use the AUX port.

Thanks.
