Default Upcoming major maintenance?

I have a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring for 9 years. All I have done are: oil change twice a year, tire rotation every year, brake service every 4-5 years, car battery replaced once. The car has <90,000 km on it. The mechanic says the brake pad has about 50-70% left. I expect the brakes/rotors/tires need to be replaced when the car hits 120,000km. What other major maintenance should I expect/budget for? Planning to keep the car for another 11 years/250,000km, whichever comes first (should I even try to keep it till it dies?)

In spite of what they tell us, spark plugs do lose some effectiveness as miles accumulate.
If you have your owner's manual, there are maintenance interval recommendations in there. Can you check that?

According to the owner's manual:

Spark plugs - replace every 160k km
Timing belt (thought this car has a chain) - replace every 144k km

Can't find anything else to replace. Curious if other owners have other/unexpected major maintenance/repair work as the car enters 100k km?

If it has an automatic transmission, the fluid and filter might be due for change. Even if you don't drive a lot of km, changing the fuel filter every spring and fall will prevent fuel related problems.
