Default Heater stuck on high

Hi
I have a 2007 Entourage. Thursday I noticed that I couldn't adjust the heat on the back. Well it progressed to getting stuck on high. None of the controls changed anything. I took it to the dealership and it sat for 2 days. They said they didn't have a skilled tech to look at it. Any ideas? I'm reading about different things but haven't seen anything specifically for an Entourage. Thanks in advance.

I need more detail. Are you trying to adjust the rear heat using the front or rear controls?

Update. The entire heating and cooling system was not working. Basically the heater was stuck on the last setting we used. The back was on high heat. The front was on window defrost. Well the front completely quit blowing. Took it back to the dealer. $124 diag to say the ac control module is freezing. So my question now is this, the problem is fixed "temporarily". They want me to come back and replace the part for another $500. They say it's a $397 part. Sound right?

Unfortunately, yes, that does sound correct. It's a big electronic component that controls it all and it's not cheap. Sorry.
