2001 elantra has no spark

I just rebuilt my engine was running before, but now it does not have a spark but every 5 or 6 turns of the engine.i have replaced the crankshaft positioning sensor, the camshaft positioning sensor, it has a new battery and its grounded properly. I've got power going in to the coil pack but only to the wires or plugs every 5 to 6 turns and the coil pack is new. any ideas as to why this is ?

Timing belt, Bad wires to sensors, bad Wires to ECU, Bad ECU, or another sensor on same circuit is pulling down the crank sensor output.

Oh, just a note: Sometimes when replacing the sensor, a person might not remove the old gasket or O-ring
End up with a misaligned sensor.
