You may have already done this, but need to ask.
Did you try turning the steering wheel hard against the stop in one direction or the other and holding it there while trying to turn the key ? Sometimes pressure against the steering wheel when parked will prevent you from being able to turn the ign key.

Can you move gear selector out of park and then back in?
Then jack up front end of vehicle to see if that releases key?

What has the electronic hand brake got to do with it?
You should still be able to shift the gear selector?
And jacking up the front wheels should release the steering wheel to help release the key

If none of that works then the key is stuck in the cylinder
Taking a small hammer and tapping the key might release the key
But, in any case, the lock needs to be replaced
