Hyundai Genesis 2.0T Transmission issue - need manual pump

Hello!

I have a Hyundai Genesis 2.0T. It has an automatic transmission fluid, and a leak. I should have fixed the leak asap. The gears are slipping now, really bad, but I can still shift them manually. A rebuilt transmission is $4,000!

I want to attempt to put more transmission fluid it and see if it shifts correctly before spending the 4k plus for a rebuilt one to be installed. Any idea where to find a manual pump (or machine version) to add fluid? From watching a video, the guy used a machine but he mentioned a manual pump exists but I can't find it.

Any other advice/feedback is appreciated.

Thank you,
Jay

If adding fluid to the trans saves you from a trans replacement the next suggestion will be worth the investment..

If you purchase a garden fluid sprayer, that has never been used for any previous liquid, add your trans fluid and pump up the sprayer ,remove the spray wand and now you can inject the new clean fluid into the trans. You might be able to use a suction gun that some auto supply stores may carry and fill that manually then pump that fluid into the trans. That will work, but can get a little messy because you have to keep filling the gun. Either way , if it saves a trans job the cost is worth it.
