How do i securely fit a stereo into a hyundai getz 2004 shape.

I have taken the old one out and when i try to put in the new one with the cage it doesnt fit .

I can see a cage in the car already but it doesnt fit on my stereo therefore im thinking is there something i can buy so it clicks into place?

How did you get the dash out to remove the old one? I'm having heaps of hassels getting mine out, got past the clips n stuff but cant seem to find how to disconnect the air con controls.
