Coming soon the Hyundai iCamper base on UK i-800. German Reimo elevating roof and Variotech sliding seat system, SMEV mini oven, SMEV split glass top hob and sink, compressor fridge, Webasto heating and hot water system, rear tailgate shower, mains hook up and leisure battery, Hyundai UK appoved. We have now started to build the first i800 camper qhich is Hyundai UK approved. Its about to be launched at the Birmingham NEC show 22nd Feb 2011

Hyundai i800 Camper wins 2nd major award of 2011

On September 1st at the Practical Motorhomes "Motorhome of the year awards" the Wellhouse Leisure Hyundai i800 won the best in class award for elevating roofs again beating off the the VW's and we now have won this award with both the big magazine awards which for one camper to win both is unheard of !
The judges quote. "Hats off to Wellhouse Leisure who have worked closely with Hyundai to produce one of the most accomplished conversions we've seen in recent years. Its set its sights squarely on the VW camper market, offering a high level of specification at a lower price. We reckon it will turn the heads of a few VW stalwarts" For more info please see below. The Hyundai i800 Camper built by Wellhouse Leisure has won a 3rd award at the NEC show in Birmingham UK. This time the Caravan Industry's outright award for the "Motorcaravan of the year" went to the Wellhouse Hyundai i800. As well as this award the Hyundai also gained approval from the National Caravan council so within 6 months it has 3 top awards, NCC and ISO 9001 accreditation.
