Hello all,

I have a key fob for my Hyundai Matrix that used to unlock all the doors when I pressed the button. Then, one day, it just decided it would only unlock the drivers side. Sometimes I get lucky and it unlocks ALL the doors, but 99% of the time it doesn't work and I have to use the key.

Once I have unlocked it with the key, locking it with the fob, locks all the doors (passengers and drivers).

The same is with unlocking the boot, I need to use the key, but then to lock it, I press the button to unlock all the car doors with the fob (grey button) then press lock (red button) on the fob and the boot locks.


Any ideas on how this can be fixed? It is VERY annoying!

Your door lock actuators need replacing. They are old and are not as powerful as they once were
