Central locking issue

Following on from a previous thread regards the malfunction of key operated c/locking on our 07 Matrix 1.5d which received no replies. Can anyone supply me with the part number for the c/locking module relay, and/or its location.

how do i disable the central locking on my Matrix 1.6gsi 2004. sometimes works sometimes doesn't. Drains the battery overnight as it 'chatters' continually after switching off and manually locking car as if it is trying to work itself??

Dealerships aren't much by way of obliging any information, just bring it in and we'll take a look... money money money.I've had issues not dissimilar myself with locking on a Matrix.I was locked out with the engine running and had to stove a rear window (small n/s rear one) and replaced it for £20 from ebay.Happened again but had the second key to hand to unlock it and had no issues since.

For the 2007 Toyota Matrix 1.5d, the central locking module relay's part number and location may vary. Check your car's manual or consult a dealership for the specific part number. Typically, the central locking module relay is located in the fuse box or near the central locking system. Inspect the fuse box cover or refer to the vehicle's service manual for a detailed diagram. If the issue persists, consider seeking assistance from a professional mechanic or contacting Toyota customer support for accurate information tailored to your car's make and model.
