Just want to know what you guys are getting? (Low to High) And what to do to improve. (synthetic Oil ??)

As for getting better mileage, yes, synthetic oil will help. Adding a few PSI to the tires will also help. Just don't overdo it with the pressures. 38-40 psi max. The best thing you can do is change your driving habits. Easy on the gas, keep highway speeds to 55-65, coast to stops, coast down hills, etc.

I have gotten as high as 26 mpg according to the trip computer. This was a trip driving about 65-70 mph being gentle on the gas peddle.

and as low as 19, mostly driving around town.

I usually average out 21-22 combined, but once again this is using the trip computer.

I have used fully synthetic (amsoil 0w-20) since the first oil change after break-in. Tire are checked once a week, I keep them just above the recommended 30 psi, 32 - 33 psi.

Another tip would be to use your cruise control where applicable.

I am currently living between Phoenix, AZ and Lead, SD. I have a 2007 GLS FWD 2.7L V6 Auto with cruse control. I have replaced the "P" rated tires with "LT" and that helped the most with MPG's. 40,000 mi on OEM tires and a new set of Hankook "P"assenger tires and all I have had in city driving was 10 MPG tops and I have never seen 18 MPG on the highway (wife, 2 kids, 2 suitcase, not a real heavy load. When I needed new tires Agin at 40,000 mi (inside of tire wear "bald" Agin and outer tire wear still looks newer. I have seen a lot of this with the new Santa Fe's in parking lots. Just look at them). Now with 20,000 mi on "L"ight "T"ruck tires and I hardly have any wear at all, and we just completed (more or less) a trip from AZ to SD with wife, kids, and a heavy load of stuff for christmas, 27 MPG! (and no I dont have or use a trailer). 14-17 MPG City driving :) and 27-35 MPG highway :) is kick a.....!:eek: (I got the 35 MPG on a unloaded car, I was by my self on a trip back to AZ from SD.) I do have the numbers to prove it. The only time my MPG has droped has been when the temperature is less than 15 degres. I hope this helps more people out there.:)
