Default 2002 Santa Fe 2.7L V6 wont go past 3000rpm, top speed limited 45

Hello.

My wife has a 2002 Santa Fe v6 GLS AWD.

One day we were driving on the freeway and the car all of the sudden lost power, there were no noticeable clinking noises or anything. We slowly took the backroads home. I ended up replacing the fuel pump, which required me to replace the fuel tank as well because the fuel pump bracket was rusted to the tank. I beleived it was the fuel pump because when the car was in park, or Neutral it would stall and die at high RPMs. I have scanned the vehicle and the only code I get is a misfire in cylinder 4, ive checked the plugs and the spark plugs were just replaced about two months before this issue occured.

I thought it might be the transmission so I changed the fluid and added some lucas, still have the same issue. When you floor it, the car doesn't go any faster and struggles, no power.

it shift in the lower gears just fine, but when its parked in Neutral and you floor it, RPM wont go past 3000. I verified the car is running on CL.

Any ideas what it could be? Im about done wasting my time on this car.
