2007 - Power locks do not work unless ignition switch in accessory position

2007 - Power locks do not work unless ignition switch in accessory position
I can't seem to figure this one out!
The power locks do not work (power lock button) without the ignition switch in the accessory position.
Other things that stopped working are the interior door light when ignition switch in accessory position and I could swear when I used to shut the door the rear lights would flash.
I've checked most fuses and haven't found anything unusual.
Thoughts on where to look next?
