Default 2007 Santa Fe 3.3L help PLEASE

I recently changed my MAF and then my esc light came on and check engine. There was no acceleration power to the vehicle. I seen on YouTube that there was the similar issue with tps sensor. I replaced that and it idled and drove fine. Went back to start it up and the engine was surging down and wanted to die. Gave it gas and it was fine but didn’t wanna drive it and break down. So here I am. Please anyone please help

We need more info.
Why did you replace the MAF ?
How was it determined to be defective?
What kind of maintenance has recently been done? Last month or two?

I replaced it because my car wasn’t driving right. I unplugged it while it was running and it ran better. But now I’m throwing a p0102 code and it is saying bad low circuit. Possibly replacing my filter and cleaning maf should fix this problem right?!

If you are going to attempt to clean the MAF sensor, there is special cleaner to do this.
Any other "cleaner" not recommended.
If that doesn't work, might need to verify voltages are correct going to and coming from MAF sensor.
