2007 Santa Fe Headlight
Can someone please verify how the front headlights of a 2007 Santa Fe "should" operate? Specifically, there is an inner and outer bulb in each headlight assembly. The outer bulb is always on when the head lights are on. It's a low beam bulb. While, the inner bulb is only on when the high beams are on. Is the inner bulb only for high beam or should it also operate as a low beam?
Thanks much |
One low beam and one high beam on each side

Thanks for confirming the correct low beam/high beam bulb operation.
Driving at night with just the low beams is not effective. The low beam bulbs are on, but the illumination on the road does not seem to be enough. I spent some time adjusting the headlight angles and noticed a slight improvment. Further, the clear plastic of the headlight assembly is not in bad shape. Any ideas? |
