Default 2008 model overheating under load.

I have a 2008 santa Fe that has an overheating issue. Car has 196k miles. It only overheats when I rev the engine over around 2000rpms. I can leave it in idle and run AC full blast and stays just under half way on the temp gauge. I have tried flushing the coolant, new thermostat, new upper and lower rad hoses and jacked the front up to cycle all the air out of system.
When was purging the air out, I did notice that when I revved the engine to 2000 RPMs that their was a volcanic reaction of air coming out through the rad funnel I was using.
Any thoughts? I think I know what's wrong but I need to confirm. Thanks.

Do the cooling fans turn on (without A/C turned on)?
Does it overheat while idling without A/C on?

A/C on .. will turn on both cooling fans.

Usually takes a few hot and cold cycles to completely get the air out of the cooling system
Do you see any coolant flow?
It could be a defective water pump??
Also, at 196K miles, does your engine use a timing chain or belt?

What do you think the issue is?
