2013 Reprogram Power Control Module
I had a check engine light and my service place says it was a Reprogram Power Control Module. What does that control, and how important is it? Does anyone know how much it costs? 2013 Santa Fe

The PCM is the vehicle's computer.
It controls all engine functions and some other body functions as well.
Just about everything your vehicle does is controlled in some way by the PCM.
I suggest checking with your local dealership because if there any updates required , they would know and have the equip and knowledge to perform them.
