Fit Front Seat belt 2001 Santa fe
 

I am a bit stuck on fitting a front seat belt to my 2001 Santa Fe. The problem is I can't see how to access the top bolt (or whatever holds its there) at the very, where the sliding adjustment is, at shoulder height. There's a Plastic cover over the 'fixture', but i can't seem to figure how to get it off.... Any help appreciated... Thanks
